Its a well qualified team of Menu and Recipe planners having a unique distinction of planning and executing highly complex and intricate recipes to perfection.
We plan menus and their recipes for all bakery items as also a large variety of pizzas from the very initial stages of conceptualisation, experimentation to finalisation.
Training of Bakery & Pizza staff is a very high priority area of our Consultant Program. We train and re-train the chefs to make the bakery and pizza outlets up and running most efficiently and well on schedule.
